Participating in the National Startup Awards was a great experience for identifyHer as an early-stage start-up company. The application process was straightforward and we got valuable experience pitching our product and meeting other startups at a similar stage of development. Being awarded the Gold Medal in the Early Stage Startup category got a lot of attention and has given us credibility with investors. Since then we have gone on to raise our seed round, started our product development, completed a clinical trial with the Health Innovation Hub, hired our first employee and filed our first patent.
