I've participated in the National Startup Awards for the past three years, and it's been such a boost personally and professionally to win such an esteemed award for our startup company.  The last year has been a whirlwind of activity.  We received €700k in investment from the Redesdale Food Fund and Enterprise Ireland, and we were named one of the Top 10 Startup Companies by Enterprise Ireland in the Sunday Independent.  Our customers have grown too, and our products are now available in three of Ireland's leading supermarkets - Tesco, Supervalu and Aldi.  Our team has now grown to 12, and we are now looking to export for 2023.
